City Living Farm was officially opened in July 2019 as a Melissa Fortune LLC company. Founded by Melissa Fortune CEO and son, Kasy Gibson II, Director of Operations and New Business.

For Melissa Fortune, City Living Farm (CLF) is a full time endeavor while preparing for her book launch (12/19/2022 -“F the 10%”) While growing Microgreens year round with the future goal of adding edible flowers to the product line 1st quarter . Melissa is a Master Herbalist, IT Professional, studying Naturopathic Doctor and long term believer that FOOD IS MEDICINE, a comitter to The Good Food Movement™ and most recently the 7 Rochdale / Cooperative Principles

Kasy Gibson II, CLF’s Director of Operations and New Business.   has “from the ground up” experience helping Garden in his Grandmother’s garden in Charlotte, NC. His first paying job was working in some of Atlanta’s finest Restaurants, learning hands on what it takes to be a leader in the industry and the stringent requirements that must be tracked and implemented to deliver a High Quality Product in the fast paced and heavy competition of the Atlanta Restaurant industry.
